Owner/builder is required to submit $1000 refundable deposit with this submittal for new builds, additions to the home, or pools. Make check payable to SGPOA.

Owner/builder required to submit complete set of plans including floor plans with dimensions, elevation plan, roof plan, foundation plan, site plan, landscaping plan and list, and cladding/material list.

Elevation plans (each side) to include – location of windows, entry doors, garage doors, cladding and roof materials.

Site plan to include – property boundary, setback lines, easement lines, building, driveway, sidewalks, patios, decks, backyard structures, pools, and setback dimensions to property lines.

Owner/Builder are responsible to maintain all growth to less than 12” after construction has started.

Owner/Builder are responsible to regularly maintain the cleanliness of the lot by removing trash and debris.

Owner/Builder are responsible to removing dirt, mud, gravel, and debris from the street.

Owner/Builder are responsible to place all trash and debris in a dumpster or other appropriate receptacle and removed from the lot regularly. No lot shall be used as a dumping ground.

Street parking is limited to owner, builder, contractors, and visitors. No overnight street parking for construction related equipment, materials, trailers, etc. Builders and contractors are not to store any equipment or material on any lot not under construction.

All fees associated with the ARC enforcing the HOA restrictions will be deducted from builder deposit.

Submittals (paper or electronic) files should contain images of materials to be used. Swatches (including reflectivity value) should be provided for all exterior paint colors. This includes paint for brick.
