The Board consists of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
The Architectural Review Committee roles are to review and approval of new or changes to building plans prior to start of construction in Sweet Grass Plantation.
The Welcome Committee roles are to maintain a database of current property owners and welcoming new owners to Sweet Grass Plantation.
The Pond Committee roles are to determine pond maintenance requirements, new pond design features, maintenance of the fish population.
Website Committee role is to maintain the Sweet Grass Plantation website.
The Welcome, Pond and Website committees are charged with gathering information and then submitting recommendations to the board for approvals.
All property owners are welcome and encouraged to join the committees by contacting the committee chair.
